In Maths we have been learning about tally charts and bar graphs. We did a survey about our favourite fruit and recorded the information on a tally chart. Β We then used our tally charts to create a bar graph to display the information about our favourite fruits.

Auld Lang Syne
At music this week we were learning about Robbie Burns and singing some of his songs. Auld Lang Syne was our favourite!
Chinese New Year
We have been learning about Chinese New Year. Β We read and re-enacted the story of Chinese New Year and some of us made Chinese lanterns in celebration of this special festival.
Gym
We are developing our gross motor skills during lots of fun activities at Gym. Β This term we are developing our ball handling skills.

The festive period is definitely on itβs way! We have been very busy this week making Hot Chocolate Rudolfβs for our Christmas Fayre on Saturday.
Our rehearsals for the Primary 1 & 2 Nativity are also in full swing!
Book Bug Bags
Today one of the librarians from Mearns Library visited us Β to read us some stories and she gave us a book bag each to take home. Β Our book bags are full of fun stories and activities to do.
