Good evening everyone!

I hope you have all had a wonderful week and are looking forward to the weekend. We are hoping to now get our blog up and running and it will be something that the children will be very much involved in going forward. They will be producing their own blog posts about what we have been up to and filling you all in.
On that note please find some pictures above of some of the fabulous things we have been up to so far such as our outdoor mental maths hunt, a figure me out challenge, our science lesson exploring the digestive system and a stem speed challenge.

Congratulations to everyone that took part in the class stage of the Burns competition. Our class winner will go forward to compete in the P4 stage later today.

This morning we were delighted to welcome a member of our pastoral care team into our classroom who came to tell us the story of the first Christmas.

Yesterday we were exploring area and then we used our new skills to create robots before calculating their area.

We were delighted to find out at that one of our parents is an author and she has kindly donated some of her books to the class library. The class are delighted and looking forward to reading our new books.
