Last week we were introduced to Fantastic Mr Fox. We did a visualising task with our partners which involved us using descriptive language and good listening skills. We also wrote and shared our predictions about what will happen in the story!  

Practising our multiplication and division facts in the sun. We even found a little friend while we were outside!

Today we explored and compared the density of oil and water through creating our very own lava lamps! We found that oil is less dense than water because it floated on top of the water. 

Today Miss Tenby taught us about exclamation marks. We had lots of fun exploring 4 different stations which helped us to develop our skills. Thank you Miss Tenby!

Today we continued creating paragraph 2 of our stories using scratch!

Designing a new sustainable play park for our local area. We discussed different sustainable materials that we could use to make our play park better for the environment!

Today we have been creating our own stories using coding. We made a great start creating a title, background and writing the beginning paragraph. We also had a chance  to program the beebots  and experiment with Scratch Jr. 

Today we learned how to write notes by creating a mind map about what we have learned so far in primary 3!
