The School Meal Deal is £1.08 for young people who pay for their school meals.
Choose from:
- main meal
- deli option
- pizza/burger
- pasta/noodle/rice pot
Plus:
- 250ml carton of water (Radnor)/flavoured water (Radnor)
- a piece of fresh fruit
- soup or a yoghurt or a healthy biscuit or an additional piece of fruit
All other items are not included in the School Meal Deal and will be charged at full price.

Handball Success
Our S2 handball team played in the National Handball Finals at Ravenscraig Sports Centre. 11 teams from across Scotland made it to the finals. The S2 team played 5 matches in total, finishing in 4th place.
Burns Night
We celebrated Burns Night with traditional haggis, neeps and tatties, topped off with delicious crannachan. We were lucky enough to be joined by our visiting Belgian students, Irem and Manon.
Inter-house Tournaments
S1-S3 Interhouse Dodgeball and Football Tournaments started this week with S1 girls competing in dodgeball and the S1 Boys competing in football.
Well done, Poppy!
Well done to Poppy in 1O2 who competed at the Scottish Schools National Swimming Finals in Aberdeen.
Poppy did so well, having never competed in a 50 meter pool before. In the heat, she got a personal best and qualified for the 50m fly National final, where she finished in 8th place.
She loved competing and representing Kilmarnock Academy at her first ever National event.
