Visit to Dumfries House
Dumfries House trip evaluation
The Art area of the Faculty mounted 215 pupil folios ranging from Art/Design to Digital Media. An average amount of individual pieces of work within each folio is around 12 drawings in Expressive and about 20 images (drawn and found) and lots of samples (for design). The creativity, skill and enthusiasm is a pleasure to see and this is what Art teachers thrive on. Within the Faculty our Hospitality pupils also showed amazing skills, endurance and creativity with their marathon, 3 course, cooking exam. Again this amazing end to a skills building year is inspiring.
