Kilmarnock Academy representatives attending the East Ayrshire Senior Youth Conference today. Topics discussed were the vaping crisis, expressing themselves and money matters.

Our Head Prefects, Lucy and Lewis, represented the school at a Remembrance event within Centrestage. This was to mark the sacrifice of teachers and pupils who lost their lives.
S4 Personal Development class met Sophie & Gill from Ayrshire Cancer Support and presented them with a cheque for £314.23.

Last week a group of Gaelic pupils took part in a short film competition. An industry expert visited the school to help pupils film and edit their entry. The pupils thoroughly enjoyed seeing their idea come to life and learning about filming techniques!
