FAOL: Whole School Project – Nativity

The Bluebells were confident individuals as they performed during their Nativity this week. The pupils have worked hard over the past few weeks during rehearsals practicing their songs and signs. Reagan, Brayden, Jamie, Callum and Bobby had great fun dancing to their song Twinkling Stars while Lee and Tyler did an excellent job on stage as  Joseph and the Donkey.

Bluebells enjoying the Artie Show!

The boys in the Bluebells loved watching Artie on Friday. They demonstrated being responsible  and confident as they followed school rules while taking part in the show with the whole school.

Bluebells Christmas Outing

The boys in the Bluebells class had lots of fun at Gemmell’s Garden Centre today! They were very responsible citizens on their long bus journey and then had great fun in soft play. They all enjoyed sausages for lunch and then we had a short play outside on the big tractor.

FAOL: Science – Sink or Float

The Bluebells were successful learners this week as they learned what objects could sink or float. The pupils enjoyed guessing what they thought might happen before putting the objects into the water. They were able to point to the correct picture or say ‘sink’ or ‘float’ for each object.

Bluebells and Sleigh Bells!

The Bluebells were confident individuals when they met 2 Reindeers called Pogo and Dasher. They had great fun petting them and sitting in Santa’s Sleigh !

FAOL: Enterprise – Christmas Craft Elf Doors

The Bluebell pupils have been working hard to create fantastic Elf Door decorations for Willowbank’s Christmas Market. The pupils were all effective contributors as they worked hard to paint all of the parts of the doors, stick the parts together and decorate them.  They also made posters for their stall and to send home to their parents. The Bluebell boys were very proud of the finished product .

Sensory Fun!

The Bluebell pupils love to learn in the Sensory Room. They demonstrated that they were successful learners by pressing on the Magic Carpet to select an app. They had great fun pretending they were swimming with sharks, dancing on the squares and being spray painted.

FAOL – No Poverty: Children In Need

The Bluebells boys enjoyed learning about Children In Need. They made spotty biscuits and demonstrated that they could be responsible citizens during a snack party with other classes. The children had fun finger painting Pudsey the Bear.

Bluebells Kilmarnock Bus Tour

The boys in the Bluebells Class really enjoyed their tour of Kilmarnock, we visited each of the streets that they live on. They were Responsible Citizens sitting safely on the bus and they were able to identify their houses and familiar places around the town. They especially enjoyed waving to their families.

Making Poppies

The Bluebells were successful learners this week. They were learning about what Poppies represent and then were effective contributors during our cookery lesson today as they helped to make  Poppy themed biscuits.
