Literacy
We are now ready to start a new section of Active Literacy which will look back at familiar joined phonemes. Over the next few weeks we will cover ai, a-e and ay.
Create your own word lists (5-10 words) for each joined phoneme. You are welcome to use some of the words from the short Youtube clip but remember to challenge yourself.
Then write a short paragraph using as many of the words from your lists as possible. Remember to use plenty of exciting adjectives and punctuate each sentence correctly.
Numeracy
It’s been quite a while since you covered multiplication so at home this week revise times tables you are familiar with.

Please hand homework in on Fridays if in your jotter or Sundays on Teams.
Thank you to everyone who managed to log into Teams and complete their online homework. Unfortunately quite a few children had difficulty accessing this platform or uploading completed tasks. After the October break I have decided to make a few changes.
