As you know our winning House, Earth will be rewarded tomorrow with a “Movie Morning” including popcorn, diluting juice and fun size chocolate bars. The film the children will be watching will have a “U” (universal) rating.

If your child is in the winning house and you would rather they did not have any of the above, please let the school office know as soon as possible.

We made £16.80 from our recent Rag Bag collection. Thank you to everyone who donated.

There will be a slight change to the lunch menu for tomorrow.

Instead of chicken goujons there will be fish and chips.

Flu Immunisations

Pupils who have returned their NHS forms confirming permission to receive their flu immunisation,  will be immunised in school on Monday 22nd November.

Recently we revamped our House Logos.

We asked the children to draw our new logos of Fire, Earth, Water and Air and then picked our favourites from there .

On Wednesday 22 September, the Kilmarnock Standard photographer is coming to the school to take the new Primary 1’s group photograph.

Rag Bags will be handed out to all pupils today. Please fill with your donations and return to school no later than 9am on Friday 24th this month.

A reminder of the upcoming dates etc for pupil Confirmation. Those children making their Confirmation should provide their teacher with the name of their sponsor (age 16+) and where they were baptised.

2021 Letter to Parents – Rescheduled Confirmation Sept 21 OLMC

A reminder that this coming weekend is the September long weekend.

The school closes at the usual time-3pm- on Thursday 16th and reopens for staff and pupils on Tuesday 21st.

A reminder that homework will start on Monday 6th September. Initially, children will have literacy and numeracy tasks to be completed on paper.
