An amazing amount was raised at out Autumn Fun Day today – £707! A huge well done to Primary 7 for organising this, and thanks to all who supported us.
Halloween Swap Shop
After last years success, we are planning another ‘Halloween Swap Shop’ on Thursday 12th October.
Any old costumes, accessories and decorations can be donated via the school office. Please see post below for more information. 💀👻🎃

- P1 and P1/2 – 9.30-10.00
- P2/3 and P3 – 10.00-10.30
- P4 and P5 – 11.00-11.30
- P6 and 6’s from P6/7 – 11.30-12.00

Welcome to Hillhead Primary School
We are delighted to welcome you to our school blog. We have a very big year planned, with us now in a position to bring back all of our old favourites as well as some new additions into the school year.
After the successes of the Upper School Show, the infant Nativity and Primary 7’s Scottish Assembly, Hillhead continues to provide rich learning experiences for all of our pupils.
Each class was invited to select a learning visit which would further develop their understanding of a topic and each class submitted a venue which they would like to visit. Keep your eyes peeled for further updates.
Class visits to Primary 1 for Cairns EEC pupils have started with many of the Nursery pupils exploring and enjoying the resources Primary 1 has to offer.
