Our Wider Achievements Programme

The UNCRC states in its aims that education should develop “the child’s personality, talents and mental and physical abilities to their fullest potential” (UNICEF, 1989, pp.9). As a school working towards the Gold Rights Respecting Schools award, it is important that we maximise opportunities for pupils to develop their talents and abilities while giving them a voice and celebrating their achievements to make them feel valued. Our wider achievements programme ‘Todd’s Triumphs’ recognises these achievements and celebrates each child’s unique talents and abilities.
