SHOUT CARD APPLICATIONS
Any child from 0 to 11 years who lives or attends primary school in East Ayrshire is eligible to apply for a SHOUT card.
When a child starts Primary 1, he/she will be issued with a SHOUT consent form to be completed and returned to the school. The SHOUT team prints the cards and returns them to the school to be issued.
