Christmas Fayre

Primary 7 worked hard to organise the Christmas Fayre. They created stalls and crafts, set it up, and also tidied it away!

We raised a huge total of over £2000!

Halloween Numeracy

Primary 7 developed their knowledge of Chance and Probability at Halloween when they took part in a Pumpkin Drive. Lily-Mai got the highest score and Sthembiso also got a prize for getting the lowest score.

Numeracy – Estimation

Primary 7 had fun learning about estimation through lots of fun activities. We estimated how many steps there were in the corridor, how many items in the jar, how many counters could be grabbed in one hand and how many physical activities could be completed in 30 seconds.

STEM Challenge

As part of the ‘Meet The Teacher’ activities before the summer holidays, Primary 7 were challenged to make as long a paper chain as they could using only one piece of paper. The results were impressive!

House Captain Vote

Well done to these brave P7’s who put themselves forward to voted House Captain of their various houses. They prepared speeches and powerpoints which were delivered to the rest of the pupils in that House.

Literacy – As part of our revision, Primary 7 had a ‘Noun Hunt’ outside today, seeing how many nouns could be found in the playground and garden.

Literacy – Novel Study Term 1

This term, Primary 7 will be reading “The Final Year” by Matt Goodfellow.
