EAST AYRSHIRE Climate Change Champion

Alfie in P6 is officially a superstar!

On Wednesday night he attended a star-studded awards ceremony at the Park Hotel in Kilmarnock, as he was nominated in the category of EAC Climate Change Champion – and he won!!

Alfie represents our true CATRINE Values on a daily basis and we agree with all that was said at the awards event about his committment and dedication to improving both our school and village environment.

Well done, Alfie – from everyone at Catrine PS x

Catrine PS @ Barony Burns Festival

This morning 3 pupils from Catrine Primary attended Robert Burns Academy for the Barony Burns Festival, along with other local primary schools.

Catrine was represented by Miller P1 (P1, P2 &P3), Harris P5 (P4 & P5) & Hannah P7 (P6 & P7).

Each pupil recited their poem in front of judges for their class stage.

Catrine PS was placed in the P4 & P5 stage, with Harris picking up 3rd place.

Well done to all 3 pupils who were a credit to Catrine Primary School.

School Meals

School Meals

Just a reminder that from today we have moved to the new ordering system for school meals via Parentpay.

How does this affect you ordering for your child? You have to select a main meal and a dessert.

Please note that you can now order soup for your child, but you will be prompted to order a main meal too.

Any meals ordered in advance prior to today will need to be reordered.

If your child has a school meal, please ensure you book before 8am on the day.

Thank you
