Outdoor Maths and Money

P1 – 4 went on a treasure hunt to find different denominations in our school grounds. In a race against the clock, they had to hunt for money cards that matched the values of the coins they had been given. Once they had sought and and retrieved the coin cards on their list, they were challenged to sort them from the least to highest value. Working in teams, they developed their metaskills of cooperation and sense-making.
