After prior years struggles – it was clear the weather Gods were smiling down on us this year from the annual Stranraer Cross Country event! 🌞 Kindly and extremely well organised by Alison Murray, this event takes place in our summer term at Greenvalley Golf Academy where pupils compete against peers from other schools in a P5, P6 and P7 race!
This is a great opportunity to promote running and fitness and it’s a fantastic opportunity to get pupils to mingle with pupils from other schools. The pupils who ran did an excellent job and gave it their all and we are so proud of them! 🏃♂️🏃♀️💨
A special well done to Ivan Turtle who managed to secure 3rd place in the P7 boys race! 🥉
