Huge well done to the effort from all of the pupils in the school – you all never fail to impress us when it comes to the Burns Day efforts! A huge thank you to Wilma Benson (who apparently cannot escape us) for returning to Kirkcolm to judge the handwriting, poetry and artwork. Wilma knew how hard a job it would be but nothing could have prepared her for this and she was very impressed with the effort from all pupils.
What a wonderful opportunity to celebrate all this hard work at our Burns Assembly and we hope you enjoyed seeing all the lovely artwork and handwriting examples from the pupils as well as hearing the poems from the winners! 🏆
