Miss McKie would like to thank all the families who attended today’s first Peep session. Today’s session was an introduction into Peep and “getting to know everyone”. Our families enjoyed taking part in some fun getting to know you games, listened to a story and even made their own face.
We had such a great turnout we have decided to split into two smaller groups. Miss McKie will look at all the feedback and be in touch with a date and time to best suit your requests.

Primary 7 were asked to explain the water cycle. Some children decided to be creative, and use drama to show what they had learned.
The children in Primary 7 talked about what they wanted to know about evaporation and condensation. They then designed their own experiments to find some answers.

She is pleased to announce our Sheuchan Nursery PEEP sessions will commence on Wednesday 22nd of January at 10am. Last term, the boys and girls in P3/4 were learning how to manage a business where they had to make a product, stay within a budget, advertise it and sell it. In addition they had to ensure they made a profit so they had to make a business plan. They wanted to ensure they were environmentally friendly by using recycled materials or non-plastic materials. The rest of the school really enjoyed going to their shop to purchase a little Christmas decoration that they could take home with them. The fantastic amount of £73.41 was raised and this will be donated to the Stranraer’s Beach Clean Project. Well done to P3/4 for all their hard work.
All P4 and P5 pupils had a great time at their Christmas Party on the 18th December 2019. They loved playing their games, dancing and eating their food made by themselves.
