Ingredients for 12 popovers:
1 pinch of salt, 3 eggs, 250 ML of milk, 4 long sausages [ each cut into 3 pieces ], 4 tbsp of vegetable, sunflower or olive oil and 150g of plain flour.
Tools: sieve, bowl, whisk, oven gloves, 12 hole muffin tray.

- heat up the oven to 220*C. Sieve the flour and salt into a bowl and make a hole in the middle. Add the eggs, one by one.
- Using a whisk, beat the milk into the eggs and flour until you have a smooth batter [ no lumps ].
- Add 1 tsp of oil to each muffin hole and heat the tray in the oven for 3 mins. Take the tray out of the oven and add some sausage to each hole.
- Put the tray back in the oven for 4 mins. Remove the tray and half-fill each hole with batter. Put it back in the oven and cook for 18-20 mins. Then take them out the oven and enjoy! From Skye, [Nathan helped a bit].
