Station 1 was the shop. Station 2 was a matching game.  Station 3 was writing £ and p on whiteboards.  Station 4 was counting amounts using Numicon. Station 5 was the teaching station.  Station 6 was the worksheet station.  At station 7 we went on the computers.  Station 8 was money dominoes.  Station 9 was counting money from a piggy Bank.

Remembrance Day

On Monday 13th November some of us went to lay a Poppy Wreath on the Maxwelltown War Memorial to remember all those people who sadly lost their lives in the First World War. We had a minute silence and looked at all the other wreaths.

Science Club

Last term we had a new science after school club run by Donna, one of our parents. The children in P1-4 loved it… the messier the better. They loved to

make things explode. This term it is P5-7’s turn.

Thanks  Donna.

Gold Sports Scotland Award

On Friday 10th November Jane from Sports Scotland came to present us with our Award. We are all proud of our achievement and it was great to hear some feedback about our application. There were 13 people looked at our application so it was well scrutinised. The photographer from the Standard came to take our photograph. Well done everyone!!
