P6/7 RME

https://education.gov.scot/improvement/Documents/sci38-postcards.pdf

In RME today, Primary 6/7 were working on sharing their opinions on different issues. They looked at common gender stereotypes, such as, girls like pink and boys like blue. They talked about whether or not they believed them to be true giving reasons for their opinions. The class showed a good understanding of why gender equality is important. I was very impressed with their communication skills and engagement with the tasks. Well Done P6/7! Check out the link above to post cards from Education Scotland.

Sharing learning on electricity

On Wednesday P5,6 and 7 shared their learning about electrical safety with some P2 and P3 pupils. Everyone enjoyed working together to try out the activities the older children had created. P2 and 3 gave very clear,  positive feedback to the older children. Well Done!
