We have all made a great start to the new session 2017-2018.

I am looking forward to teaching your child in Primary 1.

If you have any concerns or questions regarding your child please contact me by letter , through the school office or speak to me at 3 o’clock.

Important information

Our Gym days this term will be  Monday and Thursday with Mr Roberts.

Please ensure your child’s gym kit is clearly labelled and in a suitable bag.

In the interest of your child’s safety please ensure your child does not wear any items of jewellery to school on gym days.

It would also  help your child greatly if they do not wear a tie to school on gym days.

Art- Wednesday

Could your child please bring in an old, adult’s

t- shirt or an apron for art activities and ensure it is clearly labelled with your child’s name

Homework

Homework will start in due course.

Homework will be given out on Monday and will be expected to be returned signed and completed  each day.

.Homework bags are available from the school office at a cost of £4.50.

 

Please let your child know when they have a letter/form in their bag  to give to me.

I collect these each morning at 9.00am, when I take the register.

If your child is having a school dinner can you please refer to the menu selector and discuss with your child the options for lunch.
