All colleagues who work with learners in school are there to support, encourage and enable every learner to make progress.  Universal supports are in place in every classroom within Aberdeenshire and for most children they will achieve success with these supports in place.  For some there may need to be additional adaptations and targeted support which may be on a short or longer term basis.  Our schools are adaptive and work with families and other professionals to ensure that all learners are able to achieve their full potential.
