Following the restructure of the schools’ support team, a Universal, Targeted and Intensive support offer is now in place for all schools in Aberdeenshire. The table below, gives an overview of the support QIM/QIOs will offer schools in each of the 3 categories:
Whilst the Universal offer is in place for all Aberdeenshire schools, the Targeted and Intensive offers are based upon evidence gathered through the following:
- Schools’ own self-evaluation
- Officer intelligence
- Information from external agencies, such as HMIe.
