P7W organised a fun day to celebrate World Book Day this year.  They ran a ‘dress a potato as a book character’ competition and the results were absolutely amazing.  Children also dressed in their pyjamas, brought in their favourite book to read in school and dressed as a book character.  We read books outdoors in the sunshine and went on a scavenger hunt to find and identify book characters.  This is one of my favourite days in the school calendar.
