Medicine and Dentistry

Medicine and Dentistry applicants must also sit the University Clinical and Aptitude Test (UCAT) which is arranged online at www.ucat.ac.uk.  It is in the candidates’ interests to sit the test as soon as possible, details of this can be found on the website.

Registration opens:     16/05/2023

Booking opens:            20/06/2023

Testing begins:             10/07/2023

Registration closes:     21/09/2023 (noon)

Final testing date:        28/09/2023

There is a fee of £70 to sit the UCAT assessment however there is a bursary scheme available for candidates who are eligible.  For further details, see the Bursary Scheme page of the UCAT web site.

UCAS Conservatoires

This relates to pupils who wish to study music, performing arts, theatre and related subjects at one of the UK’s specialist Royal colleges and Theatre schools.    A full list of these can be found on the UCAS website.  This requires completion of a separate form.  A traditional UCAS form can also be completed simultaneously.  Please see your PCS teacher for further support.
