We have been choosing to explore the properties of 2D shapes by trying to be creative with shapes at the drawing table. This will become a focus for us in the next few weeks – see our Christmas planner to find out more.
Apologies for the lack of blog updates over the last fortnight. We have reached the maximum storage that is allocated for school blogs! We hope to have this increased soon. 🙂
Due to Mrs Duncan continuing to cover a P1/2 class the frequency of Interactive learning diary uploads may be temporarily reduced. This is due to the considerable amount of time it takes staff to upload observations. Please be reassured that these observations are still taking place even if they are not being uploaded. The nursery staff continue to be available on a daily informal basis to discuss your child’s progress if required.
Thank you for your continued support and understanding,
The Nursery Team.
We were great helpers today. We helped our janitor Frank to collect autumn leaves and put them in the large rubbish bins. We are becoming more confident at identifying different autumn changes – please see the planning folder/wall to find out more.
We enjoyed celebrating Halloween in nursery. We had fun playing in our costumes, playing Halloween games in the gym hall and having a spooky story in the library. We have also been singing spooky songs and carving pumpkins. Photographs to follow…..
