Reading – The children will get 2 new books this week. Our reading days are Monday and Thursday. Please bring the reading book to school every day as the children may need it for reading activities in class.

Maths

C – Counting in 10s

L – Keep practicing the addition learn its        doubles 1-9     +2       +3

I – It’s Nothing New       Jigsaw Numbers to 10     2+?=10       6+?=10

C – Calculations  addition and subtraction

Our focus for written number work this week is addition and subtraction again.

French – This week we will focus on the numbers 1-12. We will be playing games, counting and trying to recognise the number names in French.

Homework – Our spelling pattern this week is o-e. Please write each word 3 times and choose 2 words and write a sentence with each.
