The dress rehearsal for our nativity is on Monday.

The actual performances are on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoon at 1:30. The children have been practising hard and are sounding brilliant. We hope you will make it along to see all our stars performing on the day!

Thursday is Christmas movie afternoon. Your child will have already chosen a film to watch and we are looking forward to chilling out with a good movie!

On Friday there will be an achiever’s assembly. If your child has achieved in an area outside of school we would love to celebrate this at our assembly. They could bring in a certificate, medal or photo which could help them to talk about their success.

Reading – Your child will receive a new reading book on Monday and Wednesday this week. It would be extremely helpful if you could work with your child for a short time each night.

Common Words – There will be no common word homework for the next couple of weeks while we revise the words covered so far.

Phonics – This week we will be introducing v. There will be sound homework due in for Friday in their home/school books.

Maths – Addition to 5 – practice and consolidation.
