On Monday 19th December Salen Primary held its Christmas Concert. The evening started with the Pre-5 & Sgoil Araich children singing Rinn sinn bodach sneachd an-diugh followed by Jingle Bells. They sang really well and would have kept singing all night given half a chance!
The boys and girls from school then performed Away with the Manger, a hilarious play about Jewel thieves breaking into a school and causing chaos at the nativity. The audience loved the show and said it was the best yet. The night raised over £450 for school funds. Thanks to all the pupils, staff and volunteers for all their hard work.
