Dalintober Gets messy

SAL MESSY CHURCH COURIERPrimary 5 at Dalintober had their very own Messy Church at Lorne and Lowland Church. Rachael, Marie and Jean had organised lots of interesting activities to link with the topic of Easter. A puppet helped to tell us the story of Easter, while vigourous movement was needed to join in the songs. This was followed by a variety of messy crafts plus an egg hunt. Finally, everybody sat together to enjoy lunch and a chat about the morning’s Messy Church.

  1. Hi Dalintober
At Rosneath Primary we attend one of our local churches (St Gildas) to hear about the Easter story in a fun way too. Our experience is called the Easter Code where we take part in a variety of activities in groups, passing from station to station (all under gazebos). The Craft activity is not quite as messy as yours!
At Christmas, we also experience the Christmas Code in a similar way.
We are always very grateful to the many volunteers from the local churches who work together to provide this for us.
