KODAMBA: CREATIVE ACTIVE MUSIC MAKING
JENNY ENGLAND primary music specialist (and others)
This programme will give you:
– a framework to incorporate CfE health and well being outcomes into music making activities across the curriculum
– an understanding of meaningful progression when teaching music skills.
– activities and games that you can use immediately
– some skills to foster creativity and musical understanding through movement
– more confidence to work with rhythm, song and composition.

The sessions are organized as a continuation of last years training, hence the different orders of progression. You can start and finish at any level but we advise that all three are undertaken if possible. If not, you’re still welcome to attend individual twilights as we can offer pre-session support materials. Attending any of the training will allow you to access updates on kodamba materials throughout the year. If you have attended previous kodamba training, come for a top up as we have new content available.
