The combined P5,6 and P7 classes put on an outstanding show this week with some stellar performances from the hilarious Widow Twanky, the panto villain Abanazer, the love struck Aladdin and the lovely Princess Jasmine. A hugely professional, fun and uplifting performance, which as one audience member suggested, “was good enough for a Queen’s Hall production”.
Special thanks must go to David Campbell and Jim Anderson for assistance with the sound system, Mr Taylor for the lights, Mrs Harper for the amazing costumes, Fiona MacLean for the singing tuition, our wonderful office staff Joy and Mandy for all the ticketing help (and Mrs Stirling), our fab jannies Doreen and Paul, Simon Howard for the scenery, all of the teachers and support staff who worked hard on rehearsals and last but not least our talented drama coaches, the co-directors Mrs Adams and Mrs Taylor.
It was brilliant!
