Primary 5 this week…

Wow what another busy week we have had in Primary 5!

We have started our subtraction in numeracy and everyone has been putting in so much effort with our new topic! Keep it up!!

In writing, we were researching our own topic for our Information Reports using our class technology and will be writing our reports on Monday!

It was Book Week and we had lots of activities relating to this. We made book character wooden spoons and we may have contacted a couple of famous people to show them off to them!! Everyone did so well with this activity and all the spoons looked amazing!!!

It was also Catholic Education Week – ‘Pilgrims of Faith.’ Everyone researched a Saint they were interested in, some of the Saints were St Margaret, St Ninian, St John Ogilvie and St Bernadette. Everyone completed some great research and it was amazing to hear their different reasons for who they chose to look into. We then spent some time reading about St Margaret as the 16th of November is her Feast Day. We learned some very interesting facts!

Thanks for another amazing week P5!! Have a great weekend 🙂
