Hello Families of P2

This week the children had a great time getting everything ready for their fantastic assembly. We designed kindness posters, created Scotland flags, learned some Scottish dancing and worked as a team to build St Andrew’s fishing boat.

The children were all amazing performing in the assembly. They loved taking part and were all so proud. Thank you to everyone who came along to watch and take part in the fun activities.

Highlights

Everyone – We loved doing our assembly.

Vasilisa – I liked making my kindness poster.

Faye – I loved doing my seesaw work.

Azmeer – We learned the ‘ai’ sound and practised writing words with this sound.

Cameron – I liked learning the ‘zz’ sound.

Layla – I drew a bee for ‘buzz’.

Last week we all created posters to encourage people not to litter. These were entered into our Rights Respecting School competition. Huge congratulations to Faye, who won this competition with her beautiful poster design. Well done Faye!

Huge Congratulations to Alexander, our hot chocolate winner.

Have a lovely weekend!
