Information about rescheduling Parent Consultantation Evenings at Dedridge PS will follow once schools reopen.
We would love to see some pictures of what you get up to in the snow and hear about the activities you do while you are off (pictures you draw, poems/stories about winter, recipes you bake, etc.).
The school photographer will be coming in on Thursday 8th February to take individual photographs of pupils and nursery children. In addition siblings will be photographed as family groups.
Please ensure that your child has appropriate uniform on that day.

We are pleased to advise that the Automatic Payment facility is now operational. This facility is useful for setting up regular payments in relation to residential trips – i.e. Lendrick Muir, Lowport and P6/7 skiing. Please contact the school office for login details if you have not yet activated your iPayimpact account.
If you wish to activate your Automatic Payments, please read the following carefully and take action as necessary.
There are a number of steps you need to follow in order to ensure that the correct instalments are set up for your child/ren and associated funds (School Meals; Trips; Clubs etc.)

To check an automatic payment, click ‘Auto Pay’ in the top navigation.
You will see a list of your automatic payments
Before you re-activate any Automatic Payment
If you want to restart an automatic payment, click ‘Edit’ against the automatic payment.
The automatic payment will have a ‘Start Payments From’ date in the past and 0 number of instalments. It’s important you check the following:
Important: If the ‘Start Payments From’ date is not set in the future an automatic payment will be taken within 15 minutes of editing the automatic payment. Further payments will be taken as per the regularity settin
We request that all parents/carers make payments through iPayimpact for nursery snack. For those who have not already registered their account letters are being issued again this week with your child’s registration details. You can access iPayimpact via the link in our useful links section of our blog page or at https://www.ipayimpact.co.uk/IPI
An amount of £1.50 is requested each week to cover healthy nursery snack, payments can be made weekly, monthly or termly. Minimum payment accepted is £1.50.
For those already registered please check your account balance regularly.
Children attending for full days (FLEXI) can order and pay for school meals through iPayimpact.

As stated in our September newsletter we would like to remind all parents/carers that you are not permitted to take photos or videos either before, during or after our performances.
This is following advice from Police Scotland and relates to all performances and school events.
It’s that time of year in Scottish PE where we move inside for the winter and Scottish Dance takes over just before Christmas. Here is a video of our P7s who are excellent Sports Leaders teaching Glenvue Nursery some moves which will come in handy in later years!
