There will also be some challenges and activities for you to try out on Education City and Sumdog. Please remember that the most important thing is to stay safe.

Good morning Primary 2. Hope you had a nice weekend.
This week there are some length and measurement activities in the classroom area in Education City. Try the comparing lengths activity before you learn about measuring the perimeter of a shape!
In the homework area in Education City there is a ue spelling activity to help practise words using that sound.
In Sumdog I have set up a ue spelling challenge to see how good you are using this sound. So head over to Sumdog and log into the Spelling section of Sumdog if you want to take part.

Please remember to be accessing Education City for literacy and numeracy tasks which are available throughout the week.
Also you have a maths challenge this week on SUMDOG! You have to answer questions correctly to earn coins for your house! For every correct answer, you earn one coin!
Here is today’s LEGO challenge- you might want to discuss this with an adult at home and make a list before you start!

Primary 5/4 and Primary 6/5 – DATE FOR YOUR DIARY
We are delighted that the author of our class novel, Lindsay Littleson, is joining us on Monday 11th May at 1pm in our “Titanic Team” She has kindly agreed to read a chapter from her book and will hold a question and answer session with the children afterwards.
We hope to be joined by as many children from P6/5 and P5/4 as possible.
