On Tuesday 12th March a group of our Primary 6 and Primary 7 pupils will visit Anfield Stadium in Liverpool then go to Manchester to watch Manchester City play Schalke.

Last week we celebrated World Book Day by enjoying some quiet reading time.

We have been learning:

• to take part in a Judo ‘taster’ session
• to read and spell words with the ‘ee’ sound (e.g. these and here)
• about Pancake Day and Ash Wednesday
• about the talents we have in our classroom

 

P5 learned some new judo moves and had fun this morning.

 

We are learning:

• about multiplication as repeated addition
• to sing in a ‘latin’ style (like Ricky Martin!)
• to write stories using our ‘Mighty Writer’ tool to help

Well done to these 4 superstars who came 2nd in the Rotary Quiz at Polkement this evening!

What a fantastic team they were, we are so proud of them! 

Good luck to our 4 Primary 7s taking part tonight! 

P5 have been designing and building their own Loch Ness Monsters using the Lego WEDO kits. Great teamwork on display.

Our next step is programming them to move.
