Art and Design S2 Digital Art Course Outline

Pupils will attend S2 Digital Art 1 period per week.

Logo Design

Pupils will use their initials to create a monogram. They will then develop this through adding shape and colour to create a final logo design.

 

‘I want to be…’ Poster & Leaflet Design

Pupils will develop their Graphic Design skills, creating a poster completing the statement ‘I want to be…’ This will be based on their chosen future pathway. Pupils will then research this area to design and complete an information leaflet.

 

 

 

 

Slogan Artwork

Pupils will create a piece of ‘Slogan Artwork.’ They will select a statement or message that they would like to convey through their artwork.

Glasgow Science Centre Stained Glass Design

Following the design process, pupils will create a mock-up of a stained glass design for the entrance of the Science Centre.
