Sports Day reminder
A Reminder that the Woodpark Sports Day takes place tomorrow!
- Children are allowed to come to school in sports wear for the entire day.
- Parents are welcome from 10:45 onwards in the infant playground.
- Please send your child with water and wearing sun cream! It’s going to be hot!
Reports
Reports have been sent home today. Please check your child’s bag for a white envelope containing the report.
Primary 1 and 2 trip
Could all children please remember to bring a packed lunch tomorrow unless they selected to have a pre-made lunch from the canteen.
Sun cream!
Please ensure your children are wearing lots of sun cream tomorrow and Wednesday! The Primary 1, 1/2 and 2 classes will be outside for a lot of tomorrow at their trip and the whole school will be outside for most of the day on Wednesday for Sports Day.
Panto!
The panto returns to Woodpark on Monday – Mary Poppins!
Netball taster sessions
P3-7 have netball taster sessions tomorrow and Friday (21st and 22nd). Could all children please make sure they have PE kit with them.
Summer closure
A reminder that the school will close for the summer holidays at 1pm on Thursday (28/6).
Sports Day
The annual Woodpark Sports Day takes place next Wednesday (27/6)!
Children are allowed to wear sports wear (no football colours) and parents/carers are very welcome from 10:45 onwards. You will be let in the children’s entrance and the inter-house events will take place in the MUGA and infants playground.

Primary 1 and 2 Trip
Primary 1, 1/2 and 2 go on their trip next Tuesday!
Could all children please make sure they are in full school uniform. Appropriate clothing should be worn and wellies should be brought in if possible. If sending wellies in can parents make sure that they are clearly labelled with name and class.
Could children who selected to bring a packed lunch please make sure it is in a plastic bag with their name and class clearly labelled on it.
