A reminder that the annual Woodpark Showcase takes place this Thursday (12/3). We have been amazed by the Tic-Tac-Toe homework tasks so far and we are all really looking forward to showing off our work this term!
We hope to see as many of you as possible there.
This Friday is Sport Relief Day at Woodpark. Children are allowed to dress in sportswear (no football strips or colours).
Children can bring 20p for activities and 50p for splat the teacher!
Primary 7’s Make it Grow project continues this week!
Football and Netball tournaments take place this Friday (13/3). Please look out for GAS forms coming home.
Primary 6 are saying goodbye to their fish next Wednesday! They will be releasing them into the river. Please make sure all children have either wellies or old trainers that can get dirty, and a spare pair of socks and shoes to change in to when they get back to school.
A reminder for everyone using the car park to please follow the one way system and 5mph speed limit.
The football in netball teams are in action next Friday (13/3). Keep an eye out for GAS forms coming home.
A reminder that the Woodpark Showcase takes place next Thursday (12/3) from 1:30pm-2:30pm. A bell will ring at 2:30pm for all adults to make their way down the corridor.
The children can’t wait to show off all their learning and we hope to see as many of you as possible here!
Primary 6 and 7 children who attend the Cross Country Club have their first outing! On Friday (6/3) they will attend the competition in Lanark. All children should bring a change of socks and shoes as well as a waterproof jacket. They should also have their school uniform to change back into.
A reminder that at times the car park may need to be closed due to weather conditions. We appreciate as many people as possible walking to school to ease congestion. We would ask that people continue to manoeuvre carefully to avoid any further damage to vehicles.
