Lockerbie Manor trip information

A reminder to all Primary 6 parents that the first information evening for next year’s trip to Lockerbie Manor will take place on Wednesday 7th February at 5:30pm in the School Hall.

Kingswood update

The Primary 7’s will be hopefully be returning around 3pm tomorrow.

Parents should call the school from 2pm onwards to check.

When you come up, if you could come into the hall to pick up your child.

Primary 1 and 2 trip

A reminder to all parents that for the Primary 1 and 2 trip this Wednesday (15/3) all children are required to bring a packed lunch or order a green or yellow tray in advance from the canteen.

Primary 5 trip

A reminder that Primary 5 are visiting the Tall Ship on Wednesday as part of their Titanic topic. Please bring a packed lunch unless you have asked for a packed lunch from the canteen.

P7 Dukeshouse Wood Hexham Trip

Primary 7 had a wonderful fun-filled (slightly muddy) week at Dukeshouse Wood from 21st to 24th September. The children enjoyed a variety of activities including 3G Swing, Quad Biking, Archery, Fencing, Zip Wire and an amazing Campfire Evening. They developed new skills and encouraged their peers to move from their comfort zone into their stretch zone. P7 Scottish Parliament Trip

P7 will be visiting Edinburgh and having a tour around the Scottish Parliament building on Thursday 11th June. Full school uniform and packed lunch is needed. Pupils will not be returning until 4pm on that day.

Primary 2 Farm to Fork Trip

Primary 2 are learning about farming this term. They will be going on a trip to Sandilands Farm then afterwards to Tesco to see the final stage of the farm to fork process. A huge thanks go to Royal Highland Educational Trust (RHET) and Tesco for organising this. Wellingtons and warm jackets will be needed for Thursday 28th May.
