Sports Day!

A reminder that sports day is tomorrow and we plan to go ahead with the full day!

The morning will be an all school run.

Parents are welcome from 10:45 onwards for the inter-house competition and then after lunch at 1:15 for the traditional events in the back playground.

The weather forecast is looking okay so far! If it rains heavily we we need to cancel the afternoon but we are hoping that is not the case. If we do have to cancel then it will be on the website tomorrow so please check again.

All children can wear sports clothes all day…no football colours as always!

Sports Day

The Woodpark Sport Day will take place on Friday 16th June.

The morning will involve a whole school warm up followed by a run then a quiz.

After break there will be a House Competition from 11:00am where parents are welcome to watch.

After lunch we will have our traditional field events on the back grass where parents are again welcome from 1:30pm onwards…there may even be a parents race!

Election Day!

Please remember that Woodpark Primary is being used as a Polling Station for the General Election. Children should not attend on Thursday the 8th of June but return to school as usual on Friday the 9th.

Website maintenance

We apologise for the website down time over the last few weeks. We have been working out a few kinks in our new system!
