Group 2 session 1 starts tomorrow afternoon, from 3:15-4pm. Any further information required, please phone the school office or speak to Mrs Finlay.
In the lead up to summer, special “cool” treats will be on sale at playtimes, along with the usual toast. Keep an eye on the website for further information.
Another thank you to our Parent Helpers Anne & Lizzie Falconer for all their help with this.
Another reminder that our P5-7 children are undertaking Bikeability every Monday and Wednesday. As you know, we don’t have a large bike rack so have to store these bikes in the MUGA. Due to this we have to ask that children from P1-4 DO NOT bring their bikes to school on those days as we have no space to store the bikes safely.
Thank you for you support with this, any issues please phone and speak to Mrs Duncan.
The sun will hopefully be out all week…this means that we will be taking lots of our learning outside!
Please consider sunscreen and appropriate headwear for your child.
Last week, Ruth and Colin from Community Action Lanarkshire visited our Pupil Council. They have been working with a group of local shop keepers and volunteers from Lesmahagow, with a view to improving the local area. The children answered questions and created maps of their favourite parts of the village. This is very exciting and we hope we can really make a difference! If possible, could you please take some time to fill in their survey (below) which will also go towards plans for improving Lesmahagow. Simply add it to the “Reason to Assess” box what you would like to see in Lesmahagow and why.
Thank you.
