Open Evening
A reminder that the school is open tonight (3/10) from 5-6pm. Parents are welcome to come and discuss their child’s learning with their teacher.
Lockerbie
Primary 7 leave for Lockerbie Manor next Wednesday. Children must be at school at 12:30pm. All children must bring signed GAS form and sanction form if they have not done so or they will not be able to go.
Mrs Duncan will meet with all children going on Monday to discuss final arrangements.
Can ALL parents of children going make sure they have downloaded the School App if they are able to and have selected ‘Lockerbie’ at a channel to receive on their alerts.
Amendment
The open afternoon is from 1:30-2:30 next Thursday, not 2:30-3:30 as stated in the newsletter.

Woodpark Award!

Harvest Assembly
Primary 6 will be performing the Harvest Assembly at 10am on the 11th October. We welcome parents and other family to attend and remind everyone that there is a strict no photography policy in Woodpark.
Stay, Play and Learn
A reminder that Stay, Play and Learn for Primary 1 children continues tomorrow. Parents can come along at 2:30pm for coffee and a catch-up with other parents and our EYS staff Emma and Dawn.
The children will join us from 3-4:30pm. If you haven’t yet signed up please come along at 2:30pm. It is sure to be a fun-filled afternoon!
MacMillan Cancer Support Coffee Morning
A reminder that we will be holding our MacMillan Cancer Support Coffee Morning tomorrow just after nursery and school drop off time at 9.15am and then again at 3pm to accommodate the children and families of the nursery afternoon children.
Please come along to the school and support this worthwhile cause, have a coffee, a blether, and a cake or two!
If anyone would like to donate cakes or home baking, please hand them in to the office in the morning – thank you!
September Weekend
A reminder that the school will be closed on Friday (27/9) and Monday (30/9) for the September Weekend.
Primary 1 – Stay, Play and Learn
Our Primary 1 Stay, Play and Learn sessions will continue this afternoon with Emma and Dawn. Parents are welcome to come along at 2:30pm for coffee and a catch-up and the children will come along from 3-4:30pm. The past few weeks have been lots of fun and this afternoon we will be doing some arts and crafts.
