This year, as part of our School Improvement Plan, we are introducing a new way of learning to write known as ‘Talk for Writing’. It is a highly respected approach to writing developed by Pie Corbett.
It focuses on the basic principle of – You can’t write a story unless you can tell a story, and you can’t tell a story until you’ve heard a story!
Over the year the staff are working hard to develop a framework an we will begin classroom implementation in Term 3.
