Weekly Homework:
At Wester Overton we do not have formal written homework. However, children are expected to practise their spelling words, reading and number bonds/ multiplication tables each night. Weekly homework tasks are uploaded to your child’s Google Classroom (accessed through your child’s Glow account). We also use Education City across the school.
To support your child at home, please use our spelling menu and parental guide for reading. We ask that reading and spelling is practised daily.

In numeracy children’s rapid recall of the four operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division) is essential. Please use the speed tests below to practise with your child. We ask that rapid recall is practised daily.
