Please take some time to read these South Lanarkshire guidelines on Administration of Medicine in Schools. They provide lots of advice, guidance and procedure for school staff in safely administering prescribed medication. We have issued a letter to parents today by way of a gentle reminder of parents/carers and school responsibilities in this area. We felt by having access to these guidelines parents may have a clearer understanding of school protocols which are are firmly linked to this guidance.

School will be open tomorrow
Thank you to our parents and carers and transport providers for responding so swiftly as we worked to get the children safely home today. You will now be aware that we were required to close the school for health and safety reasons due to lack of water and gas supply.
I am delighted to be able to say an engineer has got supplies working again late today and school will be open tomorrow Friday 18th June.
Kind regards
Liz Coomber Head Teacher
