Our Emotion Works Journey
In November the whole school focussed on the emotion “sadness”. We used the red and yellow cog together to make links between triggers (yellow cog) and how we may show this emotions (red cog). We also had an assembly on “sadness” and reflected on how emotions are not always positive.
In September all of the children in the school focussed on the emotion “happy”. We used the yellow cog which is all about recognising things that trigger an emotion. The children picked photos and symbols which represented what makes them feel happy. Just looking at this display makes us all feel quite happy!
