Leaflets 😽

This week in writing we wrote leaflets for the new Primary 1s that are going to come to sound school after summer. Some people wrote about the library, some people wrote about our school and lots more. We have a very creative class here in P6a so we had a ton of amazing leaflets! I wrote about our school. I wrote (and illustrated) about important people in our school. I also did a map thing of where to go, and get picked up at the end of the day. I enjoyed doing the leaflets, so tell me if you did in the comments below! See you! Byyyyeeeeeee!! 😝

Our Cooperative learning afternoon

HI!! Vaila again!! Today I will tell you about our cooperative learning afternoon. What we did was answer 4 questions (What’s good about our school, What makes it difficult to learn, what would make the school a better place and another one which is practically the same as the last one.) I had a lot of fun, and it has given the teachers  good ideas of what to add to the school to make us happy. ( Did I mention we got money from the government to do the things we want to do??)

Tell me in the comments if you liked the cooperative learning afternoon!! Bye bye!! – Vaila ^U^

Square numbers.

Hello. I am Vaila. Today I will tell you about square numbers. (well, Dhanial and Ben I guess.. You’re not at school.)

If you can’t remember (maybe cats are controlling your brain!!) square numbers are numbers multiplied by themselves. (I made my own: Cat numbers, numbers multiplied by 1. maybe people that hate maths would like that..)

Anyway, We did a page in our maths textbooks (I can’t remember so let’s call it page dragon, because I love dragons sssssssssssssssoooooooooooooooooooooooo much.) On page dragon, Bill the builder (call him Bob the Builder instead) was doing something like putting down tiles for a patio and we had to find the square roots. (If you can’t remember finding the square roots is like finding the number you need to multiply by to get the square number.) that was hard to explain. So yeah. Leave a comment telling me if you liked doing square numbers!! (before we go, I’d like to throw in a joke. What was wrong about the flower in my maths class? It had square roots!! ha ha. so funny. lol. such a good joke.) OKAY BYE ^U^

Da Voar Redd Up!!!!

Hi! It’s Ellen The Excellent & Vaila The Valiant. Today we will be talking about the voar redd up. In case your brain does not know, Da Voar Redd Up is where you clean up and make the world a cleaner place. we did it with the other primary sixes in groups of four. So, we were given particular places we weren’t allowed to clean. These were The wildlife area, the car park and any where out the school grounds including our houses. We ended up getting quite a lot of it.We really enjoyed doing Da Voar Redd Up and hope you can do it too!!!!! ^U^

African Drumming! 😽🥁

We have been getting African drumming with Joy Duncan for the past few weeks. Drumming is fun but it kind of hurts 😿. The drums are called Djembes, doon doons, congas, panlogos, and another drum which I cannot spell. They are REALLY LOUD! Yeah… they sometimes hurt my ears 👂🏻😭👂🏻;-;. They also really keep the beat going \😺/

Wie sage ich mehr auf Destuch! (How to say more stuff in German!)

Hallo! Vaila here. Today is the day you go out there and impress your friends with how much German you can speak. I am your guide vaila.(XD) So. Starting off you can say ……. is cool. How to do that insert your friends name in front and then say “ist cool.” You can also say I love you: ich liebe dich. Onto the less soppy things. I’m hungry: ich habe hunger. I’m tired: ich bin müde. Mama is mum and vati is dad. That’s really all I can be bothered to do right now.

¡You might get the pronunciation wrong!

EUROPEAN UNION

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O37yJBFRrfg

Hi, everyone!! My name is Vaila and today I will be telling you about the European Union*. The European Union is a group of countries who work together in trade, travel, and business. To get into the European union your country takes some sort of test. Most countries in TEU have Euros as their currency, but countries such as Britain use their own money!

SAVE THE TIGERS.

HELP ME. Sumatran tigers are dying because of- guess what?- Humans. I am flipping losing my mind.

The cause is PALM OIL. Palm oil is a substance found in many foods and bathroom things. Items such as pringles, doritos, pot noodles, Pear’s soap, goodfella’s (whatever that is) and nutella.

If you could stop eating and using these, that would be great. Thank you.omg-so-cute
